Indonesia’s All Indonesia system brings several arrival requirements together in one digital declaration, helping make the process of entering the country simpler and more streamlined.

Rather than completing separate declarations for immigration, customs, health and quarantine, international travellers can provide the required information through one online system. The All Indonesia declaration is now required for passengers arriving in Indonesia from overseas, including foreign visitors.

What is the All Indonesia Arrival Card?

The All Indonesia Arrival Card is a free digital arrival declaration introduced by the Indonesian government.

It combines information previously collected through different processes into one platform, covering:

• Immigration – your personal and travel information

• Customs – including goods that need to be declared

• Health – relevant health and travel information

• Quarantine – declarations relating to applicable quarantine requirements

The aim is simple: less paperwork and a smoother arrival experience.

When should you complete it?

You can complete the All Indonesia declaration from three days before your arrival in Indonesia, up to the day you arrive. The process itself is designed to be quick, with Indonesian immigration stating that completion takes around 2.5 minutes on average.

Complete it before travelling so that one more piece of holiday admin is already taken care of before your flight.

How to complete the All Indonesia Arrival Card

Before travelling:

1. Visit the official All Indonesia website.

2. Select the appropriate traveller category and enter your passport and travel details.

3. Complete the immigration, customs, health and quarantine information requested.

4. Submit your declaration.

5. Save your QR code somewhere easily accessible on your phone for arrival.

The declaration itself is free of charge.
